Dianthus Park, Hessle

We have provided acoustic survey and consultancy input at Dianthus Park, Common Lane, in connection with existing industrial uses, proposed new industrial units and occupation of existing buildings by new operators. The work has included BS 4142 noise impact assessments, measurement of existing industrial, fixed plant, HGV and loading activity, background sound surveys at nearby dwellings, prediction of operational sound levels and advice on mitigation, noise management and appropriate planning or operational controls. The site required careful consideration of existing industrial activity, nearby residential receptors, future building layout and the effect of screening between different parts of the business park.
